**Job Description**

The primary objective of the project manager is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while honoring the pre-defined project goals. Typical constraints are scope, time, risk and budget. The secondary-and more ambitious-challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.


+ Delivering an automation solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract

+ Managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management

+ Managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team, the customer and other stakeholders

+ Being able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with the project management team as well as managers

+ Understanding department / project mission within the context of business unit mission and applying this understanding in project activities

+ Displaying correct use of project management disciplines and tools to team members throughout the lifecycle of the project

+ Actively supporting set-up of working procedures and infrastructure

+ Providing project management business guidance to team members throughout the duration of the project

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

+ 3-5+ years Project management experience

+ Aware and familiar with one or more of the following: Process automation tools, RPA, AI, machine learning

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

+ Individual should be highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate and lead a project team on time and within budget

+ People Management or Team Leadership Experience

+ Excellent written and spoken English

+ Positive and professional attitude

**Preferred Tech and Prof Experience**

+ PMP, Lean Methodology preferred
